What happens next
Requests are handled manually. To protect other people’s information, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the relevant phone number or email address before processing your request.
We will review the associated records across our conversation and customer systems, including Core, our self-hosted Dify system and the WhatsApp conversation service, and delete eligible records after verification. Some transaction records may need to be retained where an applicable legal obligation requires it; we will explain any relevant exception.
Copies may remain in restricted backups until those backups are rotated. This request concerns records controlled by Boardora LTD; it does not delete your WhatsApp account or copies held independently by Meta, other recipients or other providers. We will explain any limits relevant to your request.
You can also use [email protected] to ask about a request or to ask us to stop contacting you.
