Using the app

The app supports product enquiries, customer conversations and ordering requests through WhatsApp. Our WhatsApp business number is +31 97006548210.

Some replies are generated by an AI assistant. AI replies can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important product, price, contact and delivery information before relying on a reply or confirming an order. For assistance from a person, contact [email protected].

Use contact details that you own or are authorised to use. Do not send passwords, API credentials, payment-card details or unnecessary information about other people.

Orders and service availability

A conversation or product suggestion does not by itself confirm an order. Before confirming an ordering request, review the seller, product, quantity, total price and delivery details.

These terms cover the messaging app. They do not replace the relevant seller’s product, payment, delivery, cancellation or returns terms. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

The app may be changed, paused or unavailable. If an ordering request is unclear or you are unsure whether it was recorded, contact us before submitting it again.
